Four Points Construction have been excellent to work with over the last number of years.

We have done two smaller renovations with them, and then most recently a large addition and refresh to our existing cottage, almost doubling the size of the cottage in the process. Tim and Dave were outstanding in understanding what we wanted, and in working diligently to blend the old and the new during a difficult Covid building period.

They are very easy to work with, go the extra mile to make sure things are done correctly, and deliver a beautiful end product. They are also outstanding with after sales service and have responded very quickly to any minor follow up items.

We would like to thank Four Points Construction for making the building of new cottage and boathouse such a positive experience. Previously, we have been through new home construction as well as major renovations. With their professionalism, Four Points Construction was one of the best experiences we have had. From the start to the finish, Four Point's used their expertise to guide us each step of the way. The result - our boathouse being better than we ever envisioned.

Excellent communications throughout the project contributed to the success. What can normally be a very stressful process was turned into a project that was enjoyable. Living a far distance away, through emails, texts and phone calls, we were consistently updated on the building progress. Questions were always answered with full explanations educating us along the way. Any adjustments or recommendations were easily incorporated where needed.

COTTAGE RENOVATION

We are thrilled to be enjoying our “new” cottage, a complete reno and addition beautifully built by tim and his crew from four points construction.

GARAGE BUNKIE

It is our pleasure to write a letter of reference for Four Points Construction.

We designed a large garage for our cottage and had a few contractors bid on the project. Four Points came in with a competitive quote and an honest approach to any modifications or changes that came about.

HOME RENOVATION

We retained Four Points Construction to undertake a back to the studs renovation of the lower level of our Stoney Lake home. We were impressed with the quality and final result that was delivered – a renovation that was largely done while we were out of country.

The crew on site was thoughtful and always thinking about our wants – they were very communicative and worked tirelessly to achieve the concepts we had provided. The finishing detail was exceptionally done. Overall a job really well done.
